Shipping Rates & Charges

We offer trusted, fully tracked shipping across India. Your shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your total order value:

  • Orders of ₹2,199 and above: Free Standard Shipping.

  • Orders below ₹2,199: A flat shipping charge of ₹149 will be applied to your invoice.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment promptly.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and text message containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's journey in real time.

  • Delivery Delays: While we partner with premium courier services to ensure timely delivery, Sahn Jewels is not liable for unexpected transit delays caused by courier service disruptions, severe weather, or regional holidays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is transferred to our shipping carrier. However, if your package arrives with visible exterior damage or tampering, please document it immediately with photographs or an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours.
