At Sahn Jewels, we dedicate ourselves to delivering high-quality, meticulously crafted pieces. Because of the bespoke and fine nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your jewelry. In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange.

To qualify for a damage-based exchange, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at atsahnjewels@gmail.com.

  • Provide clear digital proof (unboxing video or clear high-resolution photographs) detailing the damage.

  • Ensure the item is unused, unworn, and in its original Sahn Jewels packaging.

Once our team reviews and approves your proof, we will guide you through the exchange process to replace your piece promptly.
